As a Market General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing CLEAR operations within a designated geographic market, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. You will support the Regional Director in maintaining quality control, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing operational oversight. With a strong focus on process adherence and navigating challenges, you will foster a high-performing, engaged team that delivers exceptional security, sales, and customer service experiences. You will manage both hourly and salaried team members, driving them to excel and ensuring seamless operations. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence, team development, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for customers while maintaining a high-performance team environment.
