About The Position

Oak & Ivy is seeking an exceptionally passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, unconventional (but incredibly fun) environment and is eager to continuously learn and grow.

The ideal candidate brings strong craft cocktail experience, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and the flexibility to support the team in multiple roles—including picking up barback shifts when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of previous bartending experience required
• Demonstrated experience with craft cocktails and classic mixology
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability and willingness to pick up barback shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic food & beverage environment
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and creativity
• Maintain deep knowledge of whiskey, spirits, and classic mixology techniques
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Assist with barback duties as needed, including stocking, prep, and support tasks
