Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required with a preference for experience in an upscale, resort, or high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Professional presence with an outgoing and hospitable personality
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and precision
- Provide attentive, polished service to resort guests and local patrons
- Engage guests with menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Support service in restaurant, lounge, banquet, and pool outlets as needed
- Uphold King and Prince and Northview service standards
