Specific Responsibilities Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes Responsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses Responsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating procedures Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment This is a casual part-time position. Hours will vary between 3pm and 1am. Weekends are required.
