About The Position

Join our top-rated food and beverage team and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service—growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations. This is a casual part-time position. Hours will vary between 3:00 pm and 12:00 am. Weekends are required.

Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply
Previous bartending experience required with wine knowledge highly preferred
Bartending experience within a fine dining restaurant is required
Candidate must obtain or be able to obtain a bartending license to be considered for this role.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere
Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
Responsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses
Responsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating procedures
Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment
