Old Edwards Hospitality Group has multiple restaurants in Highlands, North Carolina. From Fine Dining to Casual to Special Event Kitchens, our culinary and front of house teams rely on the Utility role to make sure everything they need is clean and ready for service. This is also a great entry role into the culinary profession. The Utility role works as part of the kitchen team to keep all dishes, glassware, silverware and kitchen equipment cleaned throughout the course of operation hours of the restaurant. They are responsible for keeping their areas, communal walkways, floors and common areas clean.
