In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home. We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.

Requirements

Prior experience as a bartender is required
An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required
A proactive and thoughtful nature
Professional demeanor and thoughtful nature

Responsibilities

Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
Responsible alcohol service is of top priority
