Responsible for serving all guest beverages in a fast, courteous, and efficient manner. Properly mix alcoholic drinks for guests 21 years and older, as requested by servers. This position reports to the Dining Room Manager. Wage: $17.13 - $17.13 Benefits: Sick Pay (Sick Leave is provided in accordance with Washington State law, allowing employees to accrue one hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked, to be used for personal illness, family care, and other qualifying reasons.); Employee Discounts, Recreation Program, Employee Assistance Program; Housing & Meal Plan Available ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Anticipate guest and server needs and respond politely and appropriately with a sense of urgency. Pour, mix, and serve drinks following standard recipes. Maintain the liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies or inventory for the bar. Clean all bar equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure equipment is in good order. Assist as lobby server when needed. Occasionally assist in café as needed.
