Requirements
- Speak and read English proficiently
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Can effectively communicate with others
- Able to learn and master coffee tasting profiles and dial-ins
- Good teamwork skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
Responsibilities
- Operationally, adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, and make suggestions for improving operations
- Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to our freshness and quality standards
- Maintain your coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner.
