About The Position
Our Baristas ensure our guests begin and end their experience with us in the best way possible! If you take pride in providing a warm welcome, and work in a fast paced, fun environment, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time Barista's. NW COFFEE offers a fast hiring process, a great team atmosphere and culture, and flexible scheduling. They are looking for individuals with a friendly, warm, and caring attitude, who can think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and work well in a team.
Requirements
- Big smiles and happy hearts with big personality
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Capable of working with others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver boxes of 25 pounds when necessary
- No experience necessary
Responsibilities
- Ensure our guests begin and end their experience with us in the best way possible
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest
- Answering telephone within three rings
- Gather orders
- Make drinks
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate
- Make all drinks on the menu
- Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
