About The Position

Northwest Coffee at The Grand Cafe is a locally owned and operated coffee shop in Surprise, dedicated to creating new and exciting items for guests with a high priority on quality and guest care. The position involves prepping and cooking, often in a relatively unsupervised manner, requiring adherence to high-quality standards and recipes. The primary workload includes baking, portioning, and building Bakery and Grab-N-Go items, as well as short order cooking.
