About The Position

The role also involves handling cash and electronic transactions accurately, ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, the Barista/Cafe Attendant contributes to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management. Ultimately, this position is essential in fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or food service environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a barista or in coffee preparation.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other food & beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
