Now Hiring: Part-Time Barista Lake Placid Conference & Olympic Center – Lake Placid, NY Set in the heart of beautiful Lake Placid, home of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympic Games, this venue hosts everything from ECAC Men's Hockey Tournaments and youth hockey events to conferences and catered events throughout the year. If you love a lively environment with a historic backdrop, you'll fit right in! What You'll Do: As a Barista, you'll be the friendly face behind the coffee bar - crafting great drinks, connecting with guests, and keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently when needed
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) used by our guests
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment (wet floors, temperature changes, noise)
Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee beverages and light snack items with speed, accuracy, and a smile
Delivering outstanding customer service and helping us achieve 100% guest satisfaction
Working as part of a fun, supportive team
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
Supporting a safe and positive workplace environment
