Requirements

• At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
