Requirements
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar food service environment
- Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
- Ability to learn and master new recipes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some opening, closing, and weekend shifts
Nice To Haves
- Drive-thru experience is a plus!
- Having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
