About The Position

Watermark Baton Rouge, located beautiful downtown, is looking a part-time Barista/Outlet Cashier, who would report to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor. The Barista/Outlet Cashier is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. Service is provided in our Milford’s on Third dining facility, our New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings that remind you of home.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field prepared.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fine dining helpful.

Responsibilities

• Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
• Being familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position.
• Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets.
• Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
