Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee drinks, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to recipes.
• Steam milk and operate espresso equipment properly.
• Maintain drink consistency and presentation standards.
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
• Package meal prep and to-go orders correctly
• Answer questions about menu items and ingredients
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front counter
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory and communicate when items run low
• Assist with light prep and restocking
• Work as a team to keep service smooth and efficient
