GENERAL OVERVIEW: As the Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our guests. Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure an excellent guest experience, maintain a clean and organized work area, and provide outstanding customer service. Ensure that coffee and espresso machines are functioning properly and maintained regularly. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee station, dining area, and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s atmosphere by keeping the space clean, inviting, and conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods. Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols. Attend training sessions to stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques. Demonstrate excellent customer service, resolve any customer complaints, and maintain a positive attitude at all times. Requirements
