About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is seeking a full-time Barbershop Regional District Leader to manage multiple shop locations throughout the Chicago area. This role is pivotal in ensuring each barbershop operates in alignment with company objectives, providing an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. The successful candidate will inspire and guide Shop Leaders and their teams, cultivating a high-energy culture that emphasizes collaboration, growth, and excellence. Requirements

3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
Ability to manage individual shop performance
Budgeting and P&L experience
Strong hands-on leadership style and ability to coach and develop Shop Leaders
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the district
