This role covers a broad and dynamic territory including Lompoc, Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose, and the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in sales, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to drive performance across multiple accounts and markets. Position Summary The DSD District Sales Leader plays a critical role in supporting Independent Distributors by providing operational leadership, sales guidance, and training for daily route operations. This position is responsible for onboarding, coaching, and developing Independent Business Partners (IBPs) to ensure exceptional service, sales growth, and operational compliance across retail, wholesale, and food service channels.
