About The Position

Floyd's Barbershop in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time Barbershop Lead to manage daily operations, inspire the team, and drive the shop's success. This role involves coaching barbers and stylists, overseeing inventory and financials, and collaborating with district leaders to ensure smooth operations. Floyd's 99 Barbershop on Leetsdale is dedicated to providing outstanding grooming services and fostering dynamic career paths for passionate, client-focused, and creative professionals. Requirements

Active Colorado cosmetology or barber license
3+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of management experience in any industry OR 1+ years of management experience at a Floyd's Barbershop location
Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
Passion for promoting an uplifting, service-oriented culture and building a strong team
Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings/nights

Responsibilities

Take charge, inspire greatness, and drive the shop to new heights
Manage daily operations
Coach barbers and stylists
Oversee inventory and financials
Collaborate with district leaders to keep everything running smoothly
