The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for Barbacks to join our team! We're searching for a candidate who can: Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift. Stock bar before, during, and after shift. Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift. Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs. Adheres to all RHG brand policies and procedures. Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience. Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic bar and alcohol knowledge.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities
