What you will be doing: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service Maintain well stock including juices, syrups, liquors, etc. Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards Maintains bar cleanliness and stocks glassware Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Take ownership over the mise en place of the bar. Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
