About The Position

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Maintain well stock including juices, syrups, liquors, etc.
Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
Mains bar cleanliness and stocks glassware
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Take ownership over the mise en place of the bar. Requisitioning or prepping items before we are out of stock and maintaining freshness with all ingredients
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
