About The Position
Join the team of The Waymark, a new Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel opening soon in Chattanooga, TN! Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly and dependable Bar Back to support our bartenders and enhance the guest experience. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the bar and lounge run smoothly, providing excellent service and a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage setting required.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused.
- Ability to work standing for 8–10 hours and flexible scheduling.
Nice To Haves
- Hotel experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with bar setup, restocking, and closing procedures.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide cheerful, proactive, and attentive customer service.
- Work weekends, holidays, and stand for extended periods as required.
