About The Position
Assists Bartenders by keeping bar areas clean and stocked and providing necessary support to ensure prompt and friendly service.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Wipe down the bar counter
- Collect dirty glasses
- Empty trash cans
- Obtain clean towels
- Stock ice for all the wells
- Bring out clean glassware
- Cut fruit and garnishes for drinks
- Stock juice, liquor, beer, and wine
- Change out kegs
- Any other duties as assigned by Bartender or F&B Manager on Duty
