Requirements

• Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event management
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including set-up and service standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficiency in event management software and computer systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquets and special events
• Ensure proper set-up, service, and breakdown of banquet rooms
• Train and motivate banquet staff to deliver exceptional service
• Collaborate with clients and event planners to customize menus and details
• Oversee event logistics, including audiovisual equipment, décor, and timing
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
• Monitor and control banquet expenses and inventory
