We are seeking a polished, organized, and service-focused Banquet Supervisor to support the planning and execution of high-quality events that leave a lasting impression on guests. The Banquet Supervisor provides hands-on leadership during event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring each function runs smoothly and adheres to resort standards. This role includes supervising banquet staff, coordinating with the culinary and events departments, maintaining event timelines, and ensuring a professional, guest-ready environment at all times. You’ll thrive in this role if you excel at leading teams, solving problems on the fly, and creating memorable, seamless guest experiences.
