As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service during weddings, conferences, and other special events, providing friendly and efficient service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring the smooth flow of events.

Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Read, write and speak English fluently
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year serving experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
