Th e Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service for all high volume events in accordance with OVG Standards. This role requires the ability to interpret Banquet Event Orders, carry multiple entrees, and maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked service areas. Server provide professional, fine-dining level hospitality by anticipating guest needs and ensuring an outstanding experience. The position demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This role pays an hourly rate of $4.00-$7.00 and is tip eligible.
