Requirements
- This position requires standing and walking throughout shift, lifting trays of at least 75 pounds , reaching and bending.
- Previous serving experience is required; banquet serving experience is preferrred.
- Qualified candidate must have excellent customer service and food skills in a fast paced environment.
- Candidate should be flexible with availability, shifts can vary - AM, PM, weekends, holidays.
- Must present RAMP and Serv Safe Certifications (safe alcohol serving) certifications upon hire.
- Rate is $7.63 first 3 months, $8.06 after 3 months and $8.48 after 6 months + gratuity.
Responsibilities
- This position would be responsible for providing our banquet guests with an above and beyond experience at their events.
- This will include meeting Omni banquet service standards, serving banquet meals, beverages, set up and clean up banquet events, as well as meeting the guest needs.
- This is a regular full time position; based on business demands.
