Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- TABC certification required (for bartenders)
- Knowledge of food service and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down banquet or service areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Bartenders: Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with regulations
