About The Position

The Banquet Sales Manager role at Maggiano's requires individuals who love people, think and act fast, and maintain high standards, especially when handling large events like a "party of 200." This position is part of the management team, which includes General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Banquet Sales Managers, all of whom are expected to coach and lead their teams, delight Guests, and drive business forward. The work environment in a 15,000+ square foot restaurant is described as challenging, requiring multi-taskers with an ear for feedback and a knack for inspiring teams to deliver an amazing Guest experience.
