Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow diagrams and setup instructions
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Prior banquet or hospitality experience preferred (but we’ll train the right go-getter!)

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, décor, linens, etc.)
Break down and reset spaces efficiently for the next event
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and storage spaces
Assist banquet servers and leadership during events as needed
Ensure audio/visual equipment and staging elements are properly placed
Respond quickly to last-minute changes — because even paradise needs flexibility
Follow safety and lifting procedures while handling equipment and furniture
Deliver exceptional service with a positive, team-focused attitude
