About The Position
We are seeking a skilled dependable banquet cook to assist the Banquet Chef in executing banquet events such as, gala's, golf tournaments, weddings, etc.. Must be able to follow and execute recipes and instructions, Must be clean, organized, and be able to prep food on a large scale. This is a full time position that requires a fully flexible schedule. Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a professional kitchen
- strong knowledge in cooking skills and food safety
