As a Cook 2 in Banquets, you'll showcase your creativity, precision, and passion for excellence while preparing dishes that reflect the world-class standards of Four Seasons. This mid-level position is perfect for a culinary professional ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where every plate tells a story.
Requirements
- Great attitude as well 2-5 years previous culinary experience and/or culinary degree
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card required
Responsibilities
- Preparing food following recipe cards as well as following production, portion and presentation standards
- Completing mis en place and set up stations
