ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Produce buffet food. Set up buffet server area by opening time. Run pizza station, hot left and back kitchen. Keep buffet area clean and organized. Work with all kitchen cooking equipment. Provide a consistently high level of service. Identify issues and suggest potential solutions. Promote an atmosphere of teamwork. Take direction from the Banquet Lead Cook. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
