Since its opening in 2008, the company has continuously expanded its offerings, starting with a driving range and adding attractions such as the Monkey Mayhem Miniature Golf Course and Bumper Boats. Sonny's Place is named in honor of the owner's father, emphasizing the strengthening of family ties through shared fun. The company aims to be a favorite recreation destination for friends and family. The Banquet Chef is responsible for the safe preparation and assembly of food orders, stocking inventory, maintaining a clean work environment, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative of Sonny's place to our guests, as well as our team.
• Prepare food for a variety of menu items based on projected volume and direction from the Executive Chef.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Stock and restock inventory.
• Prepare and cook food for service according to food slips as well as verbal directions.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Ensure the food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Other job duties as assigned.
