About The Position

Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of banquet menus for events ranging from small gatherings to larger events, including social, corporate, and club events. This role involves collaborating with event planners and clients to customize menus that align with themes, budgets, and dietary needs. The Banquet Chef Lead will oversee all banquet kitchen operations, including production, ordering, and sanitation, ensuring timely service and seamless coordination with front-of-house teams during events. Responsibilities also include managing food costs, minimizing waste while maintaining exceptional quality, and staying ahead of culinary trends to incorporate innovative techniques into banquet offerings.
