We are seeking a banquet captain to supervise and manage all banquet events for our clubhouse. As the banquet captain, you will be responsible for supervising the staff scheduled for each event, ensuring that banquet operations detailed in BEOs run smoothly, and prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. To be a successful banquet captain, you should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple streams of information. Ultimately, our ideal banquet captain should remain calm in highly stressful situations and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. Due to the varied schedule of events, in times where private events are slow, there is an opportunity to work roles within A La Carte Dining. This will be a secondary responsibility to the Banquet Captain Responsibilities.
