Position Overview The Banking & Factory Payable Team Member plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records by processing daily banking transactions and managing factory payable accounts. This position ensures timely payments, reconciliations, and compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or dealership accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (dealer management system experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Automotive industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily bank deposits and transactions
- Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage factory payable accounts, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Verify and reconcile manufacturer statements
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of factory invoices
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with dealership management and accounting staff
- Assist with month-end closing processes as needed
