About The Position
Do you love milkshakes, chocolate, and creating unforgettable moments? At the MilkShake Factory, our team is the heart of everything we do. Since 1914, our family’s passion for chocolate has been passed down through generations — and today, we’re Pittsburgh’s premier destination for handspun shakes, craft sundaes, and gourmet chocolates. We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Team Members to help us keep things spinning, shaking, and smiling every day. As a Team Member, you’ll be the reason guests leave with a smile. You’ll: Serve up milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair Share our story and products while providing exceptional customer service Help guests discover new favorites through sampling, recommendations, and upselling Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked (from retail shelves to freezers) Support fun seasonal promotions and displays Ensure food safety and cash-handling practices are always followed Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly At the MilkShake Factory, you’ll do more than just make milkshakes — you’ll create experiences.
