At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations. Primary Responsibilities Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents Researches and resolves related issues and general related questions Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures May provide guidance to less experienced team members This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
