About The Position

At Regions, the Bank Operations Lockbox Specialist performs operational duties to support the lockbox service including opening incoming mail, depositing all received funds in the corresponding account, and scanning the payments and any remittance information.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Related banking or operations experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
General knowledge of banking procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

Verifies and researches checks that come in for deposit
Prepares and processes deposits to designated accounts including merchant and loose coin deposits
Follows endorsement procedures for checks
Follows specification sheet direction for each lockbox customer
