At Regions, the Bank Operations CMI Specialist updates and maintains the customer maintenance and information (CMI) repository. Primary Responsibilities Manages and updates customer records Enters customer information into the system Makes corrections to customer records as needed May provide guidance to less experienced associates This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
