Requirements

Responsibilities
- Operate baling machines to compress recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, plastics, and metals into compact bales for storage and transport.
- Sort incoming materials by type, quality, and condition to ensure proper processing and recycling.
- Inspect materials for contaminants or non-recyclable items and remove them to maintain product quality.
- Maintain and clean baling and sorting equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate material flow and meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols.
