About The Position
The Crumbl Mission: To bring friends and families together over the best desserts in the world. What You'll Do: Pay: $14.00–$15.50/hr total (including guaranteed tips & availability) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Days, Evenings & Saturdays | Closed Sundays • Prepare dough, bake cookies, and decorate desserts • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards • Work collaboratively during busy shifts • Learn new recipes and processes weekly • Support opening and/or closing shifts when scheduled Why Work for Crumbl: Crumbl is NEVER boring, and we'll teach you everything about baking and creating memorable customer experiences—no previous experience needed. Hayes Street, #110, Arlington, VA 22202 (street level retail under The Milton apartment building, and same block as Pentagon City Metro Station and next to CostCo)
Requirements
- At least 17 years old (required to operate oven equipment)
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- No previous bakery experience necessary
- If scheduled for closing shifts, you must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights (this is important for high school students to discuss with parents before applying)
