About The Position

Crumbl is the nation's largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,100 stores across the U.S. and Canada—and we only opened our first store in 2017. We rotate our menu of cookies, cakes, cups and pies EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new. Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch!

Requirements

• At least 17 years old (required to operate oven equipment)
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
• Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
• No previous bakery experience necessary
• If scheduled for closing shifts, you must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights (this is important for high school students to discuss with parents before applying)

Responsibilities

• Assist with baking, decorating, and packaging desserts
• Help customers in the lobby
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety and training guidelines
