Contribute to our exceptional customer experience by keeping up with production demands throughout the day. Provide an exceptional Reserve Café experience by leading with customer connection while seeking to discover and respond to customer needs. Ensure proper proofing of various doughs and laminates. Execute daily prep lists and production needs to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake and assemble by daypart. Manage cleanliness of utensils and equipment.
