About The Position

Contribute to our exceptional customer experience by keeping up with production demands throughout the day. Provide an exceptional Reserve Café experience by leading with customer connection while seeking to discover and respond to customer needs. Ensure proper proofing of various doughs and laminates. Execute daily prep lists and production needs to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake and assemble by daypart. Manage cleanliness of utensils and equipment. Requirements

  • Experience in service industry (i.e. kitchen, restaurant, bar, or hospitality)
  • Food handler card preferred, except when they are required by law
  • Basic Knife Skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, building positive working relationships with other team members
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to multitask and prioritize is essential
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, climb stairs, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time
  • Ability to carry 35lb on a consistent basis
  • Ability to occasionally lift and push up to 50lb
